What to ExpectA bespoke experience perfect for small social gatherings and corporate retreats. Go beyond the typical wine tasting and work directly with North Fork grape growers who bring viticulture to life for you and your group.
❋ Guided TastingOn a 1.5-hour session, we’ll guide your group through three wines. For example, the three main regions of Italy: a northern white, a central red, and a southern red.
❋ Producer Deep Dive TastingA bit more technical than the guided tasting. We’ll get more specific, think: the difference between a French village wine and a specific chateau.
❋ Full Dinner ExperienceThis 2-hour event is designed to be the main event of your evening. It includes a full-course dinner and a bottle of wine for each guest to take home.
❋ Custom Corporate EventCustom events include masterclasses, precision-tailored menus, and turnkey elegance. Whatever you envision, we’ll work with you to produce it.

How It Works-
Select which event type works best for you. Guided tastings are meant to be one component of your evening, while full dinner experiences and custom events can serve as the main event.

We price our events starting at 15 guests (30 for custom corporate events), with the option to add more at a per-guest rate.

Guided tastings include Stephen’s participation only in leading the tasting. Higher-tier packages include server(s) and setup/cleanup services.
