Fall 2025 Release Event
This is it! The one not to miss! Please join us for our capstone 2025 event where we'll take you into the heart of the action in one of our private customer vineyards in Cold Spring Harbor! Immerse yourself in every step as we share in the experience, harvesting and processing this year's fruit to create bottled magic.
Alongside the viticultural experience course, we will serve a paired tasting to celebrate our limited edition fall wine club release, The Crucible (a co-fermented red blend) as well as an exclusive tasting of our 2024 Malolactic Fermentation Chardonnay/Trebbiano White Blend.

Summer 2025 Release Event
It's summer in the vineyards, and we are excited to welcome you back as we begin to turn sunlight into wine! Learn with us what proper canopy management looks like for the vines, how we keep them safe from pests all season long, and discover what role grape skins play in the winery. As always, come ready to celebrate and savor a delicious paired tasting. Please be respectful of the private vineyard property. We can't wait to introduce you to our summer release, 2024 Sparkling Rosé, and see what you think of our experimental 2024 Merlot Kanthus. Cheers!
